Refund Policy
We have a 30 Day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days after the order is placed to request a return if your order is eligible, please read below regarding this.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that it was received it, meaning unused or unworn if it is a clothing item and within its original packaging. You will also need reference to your customer order number and date of purchase.
We do not issue refunds or returns on clothing items related to any sizing issues or buyer regret (such as buying to try on, or the customer changing their mind if they don't like how the item looks on their figure).
Orders can be requested to be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed if they are not yet processed.
We do not issue refunds or returns due to power adapters or cables, although we can provide recommendations on finding the right converter plugs or adapters for electronic devices.
We accept returns for damages products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us. Please note there is a charge for the return process, we do not cover this.
