Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 2-4 business days, this does not include weekends or holidays.

We also aim to to meet the following delivery times: 7-14 Business days.

Premium Shipping orders skip the line and are processed in the queue first.

These are estimates and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to high sales seasons, public holidays, or shipping delays caused by the courier/postal delivery services or delays due to checks at customs. Orders after December 11th may not arrive during Christmas.

When ordering, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been processed.

Our store does not take responsibility for any customs or taxes applied to your order by the authorities or postal company (tariffs/taxes to accept packages), although this is uncommon to happen.

We are not liable for any products lost during the shipping process by the delivery companies. Services such as the UPS or Royal Mail/Yodel etc have a claims system to make a claim against them if they mishandle your package.
